• 160+-acre farm property, which currently has no buildings on site.

• From stream to woodland mountain peak. The property consists of 50% wooded upper mountain slope/mountain top and 50% lower-lying meadow hill areas extending down to wetland stream system at front lot line and property entrance.

• KBLA is master planning the location of 4 new buildings (main residence, guest suite, out-building, and barn), vehicular entrance and overall site circulation, pedestrian pathways & hiking trails, orchard & garden footprints, grading design, hardscape design and site planting plan relative to formalized areas footprints adjacent to residence/dwellings, as well as informal passive recreation spaces in meadow and woodland footprints. We are designing proposed new passive/active recreation program appropriate to all key footprints of client property.
